We may share your mobile number only with the service providers who help us deliver text messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers. These providers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

Student information

We work with schools, districts, and educational partners. Any student information shared through those partnerships is governed by separate written agreements and applicable law, including FERPA. Those agreements do not include or permit the sharing of text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where our programs involve participants under 18, we obtain parent or guardian consent as required before collecting information or sending text messages.
