Seed Internships

HOMEGROWN TALENT.
A THRIVING WORKFORCE.

Seed Internships invests in the vibrant future of Pierce County by identifying exceptional college students and recent grads from underrepresented backgrounds, and matching them with top, local employers.

Seed Internships

INVESTING IN TOMORROW, TOGETHER

When it comes to fostering vibrant, equitable communities, college completion is only one piece of the puzzle. Cultivating career success is an important part of leadership development, but without the professional connections that internships provide, graduates face a tougher journey back to their home communities. Knowing that Pierce County has no shortage of top companies seeking motivated talent, we understand it’s just a matter of connecting the dots.

Through Seed Internships, we’re building a sustainable pipeline of homegrown talent to enrich both their workplaces and their communities.
