The Strickland Fellowship, our newest program in partnership with the University of Washington and the City of Tacoma, has been named one of 2026’s Excellent 10 by the Economic Development Board for Tacoma-Pierce County (EDB).
The Economic Development Board is a nonprofit economic development organization that supports Tacoma-Pierce County businesses in reaching their potential through creating new jobs and growing the economy of the South Sound. EDB initiatives include financing programs, startup assistance, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) support.
