How do you match applicants to an internship?
-
Degrees of Change staff review application responses with resumes to determine best fit for each Seed Internships position. That said, we highly encourage students to be thoughtful in their responses to application questions so we can learn as much as possible about your interests and strengths beyond what you can fit on a resume.
