This year’s Seed Internships summer program has started! After receiving hundreds of applicants, we selected 39 Seed interns for our 2026 cohort. These exceptional students, representing multiple local colleges, have been matched with top employers in the Puget Sound region.
Seed interns are currently participating in paid summer internships with our employer partners combined with weekly professional development sessions provided by Degrees of Change. These are our 2026 interns:
